Matchy Mommy: Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Matchy Mommy. We take pride in helping you and your little ones coordinate in style! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our policies below.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive for perfection, but we know accidents can happen during transit.

  • 24-Hour Reporting Window: If your shipment arrives damaged, you must raise a formal complaint via email at fplmanager27@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the affected product.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Returns & Storing Fees

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Storing Fee: All returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing are subject to a storing/restocking fee equal to 25% of the original shipping cost. This fee covers the administrative and warehouse handling required to reintegrate the items into our inventory.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that appear worn or are missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is confirmed as damaged (see Section 2), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • Claims for lost packages must be filed within 3 days of the "Delivered" status date. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved into the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return (subject to the 25% shipping fee mentioned above).
